Dojo Etiquette
Students will bow and say “OSU” upon entering the dojo.
Proper respect will be shown to all senior belts and elders.
Prior to addressing a senior belt, students will bow and say “OSU”.
No shoes are to be worn on the dojo floor.
Students will warm up with a minimum of noise before classes.
Black belts will be addressed in the following manner:
SHIHAN – 5th Dan and above
SENSAI – 3rd Dan and above
SEMPAI – 1st and 2nd Dan
No student will leave the class without permission from the instructor.
Only a clean white dogi will be worn and any rips or tears must be repaired promptly.
Fingernails and toenails must be kept trimmed short; students must be clean.
Any jewellery must be removed prior to training.
Talking during class will not be tolerated.
Students will refrain from gossip and disparaging remarks about other schools or styles in Martial Arts.
All students shall conduct themselves, both inside and outside of the dojo, in such a way as to reflect favourably on the Canadian organization.

- Beginners Class 6:00-6:50pm
- Intermediate/Advanced Class 7:00-8:30pm
FRIDAY
- Skills Class 7:00-800pm
*Session 1 = January to June
*Session 2 = July to December
Beginners Foundations Class
No matter how experienced you are, there’s always more room to improve your techniques and understanding of Karate applications. This class will help you grasp the techniques from a deeper, disciplined perspective, with more individual guidance.
*There is no definitive age requirements, however, young or old, a student is expected to remain self-focused for the duration of class, so as not to disrupt other students.
Intermediate / Advanced Class
Our Intermediate / Advanced Class is designed to challenge you as a student of Karate. You will be challenged with more complex concepts, to challenge you and further your knowledge and abilities.
Fee Structure
Individual $75/month or $375/session
Family $110/month or $550/session
*family denotes immediate family only
*two sessions annually
Gi (uniform) Kids $50 - Adult $80
*recommended attire for new students is a t-shirt and sweat pants or leggings

Whether you’re preparing for a grading, learning a new kata, or just want to refine your technique, this class will give students an opportunity to practice and hone their skills.
